It's been quite some time since my last post so thought I'd best update it with my latest news. Currently I'm installing a Campagnolo EPS system on a Bianchi bike that I'm building up for a customer. So far there have been a couple of delays due to parts being out of stock but other than that the build is coming along nicely. See photos below. In other news, I'll be out giving Hull's one and only Rickshaw it's 6 monthly service. If you've not already seen the Rickshaw ridden by Neil, then where have you been. It's definitely worth a ride, and is fun too.
Other main repairs over the winter have been the obvious wear and tear components such as brake pads, chains and tyres. It's best to regularly check your bike and replace worn parts asap to keep everything working properly and to keep you safe on the roads. Thankfully this year we haven't seen the dreaded snow and ice of previous years so fingers crossed it stays like that too. However, if we do Repair2ride stocks a wide range of tyres, including some snow studs perfect for if it does become icy, and also a range of lights to keep you visible to motorists and other road users. Additionally, if you are interested in knowing how to look after and fix your own bike, Repair2ride will be offering maintenance courses, either on a one to one basis or as a group. To find out more please email or call me to discuss your requirements. Further details will be made available on the website soon.

Craig BoddiceI am the company founder and a very keen cyclist who has enjoyed cycling since the first day I sat on my first bike. What I love about cycling is the freedom and chance to go places under your own steam. Plus, it keeps you fit and helps to save money on fuel too! Archives
